Hydrophilic aluminium fin strip is an aluminum foil strip made by coating an anti-corrosion coating and a hydrophilic coating on an air-conditioning aluminum foil with a thickness of about 0.1mm, 0.10-0.2mm, 200-539mm wide, colour blue, gold, black, alloy: 1100/3003/8009/8006, temper:O/H22. According to reports, the surface of the hydrophilic aluminum foil has strong hydrophilicity. When used in air conditioners, the water droplets condensed by the moisture in the hot air on the heat exchange sheet can easily spread and flow down the sheet, which can avoid affecting the ventilation effect of the heat exchanger due to the “bridge” of water droplets between the heat exchange fins, thereby increasing the heat exchange rate by 5%. In addition, hydrophilic aluminum foil fin stock has other advantages: anti-corrosion, anti-mold, no peculiar smell; due to the absence of water droplets, it can reduce the noise of the air conditioner caused by vibration, it can prevent the air conditioner from blowing the oxidized powder into the room and have adverse effects on the human body, which is in line with environmental protection requirements. Hydrophilic aluminum fin strip can improve the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the heat exchanger and prolong the service life of the heat exchanger.
The hydrophilic aluminum fin strip have good heat transfer performance, high strength, small flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, not easy to deform under long-term cold and hot conditions, and long service life. The features of air conditioner heat exchanger made of hydrophilic aluminum fin stock foil are:
(1), light weight. The proportion of aluminum in common non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals is very small. The lightweight metal fin material determines the characteristics of the heat exchangers manufactured from it.
(2), Good heat transfer performance. The thermal conductivity of aluminum is about 211.9W/m.K, which is cheaper than silver and copper, and has higher economic benefits. Heat conductors tend to absorb heat quickly and dissipate heat quickly.
(3), the air resistance is small. The outer surface of the aluminum finned tube is lubricated and wrinkle-free. The airflow passes through the simple distance of the fins.
(4), Low touch thermal resistance. Experiments show that the contact thermal resistance of the aluminum finned tube is almost zero in the working environment below 210 degrees. The contact thermal resistance is small, which is conducive to heat exchange.
(5), The heat dissipation area is large.
(6), Long service life. In the processing technology of the aluminum finned tube, the base tube and the aluminum fin are closely combined. A 0.5mm-thick coating is formed on the outside of the base to keep the base tube from contacting with the external ambient air and improve the service life.
(7), Aluminum finned tubes are not easy to ash and scale. The surface water is easy to clean and decontaminate, resistant to temperature denaturation, and can maintain the heat exchange function for a long time.
