The 3003 aluminum alloy features precisely controlled manganese and iron content, utilizing combined refining technology to reduce hydrogen content in molten aluminum, resulting in near-zero inclusion rates. It combines excellent rigidity and corrosion resistance, with a base material strength superior to ordinary pure aluminum, making it suitable for stable support in long-term filtration environments. The 8011 aluminum alloy, belonging to the 8-series alloys, incorporates multiple alloying elements, exhibiting excellent ductility, easy folding and molding, and resistance to brittleness, perfectly matching the complex folding process of filter media. Thickness is controlled between 0.02-0.1mm (20-100 microns), with standard mass-production specifications of 0.03-0.05mm. Thickness tolerance is precisely controlled within ±0.002mm, effectively avoiding uneven filter media support caused by thickness deviations. Width can be customized according to customer filter models, ranging from 135-1200mm. Corrugated processing can be customized with 3-5mm spacing and 2.5-4mm height, adapting to HEPA filter media with different folding densities to meet the filter design needs of various scenarios such as industrial, medical, and electronic applications.

For the ductility requirements of 8011 aluminum alloy, we adjust the cold rolling force to balance formability and structural stability, providing stable support for the ultrafine glass fiber filter media while preventing brittleness and deformation during folding.

The surface treatment uses an oil-free clean process to eliminate filter media contamination caused by oil residue. Embossing and coating treatments can also be provided upon request to further improve the adhesion between the two alloy aluminum foils and the filter media, as well as their airflow guidance capabilities.

In terms of precision control, an online thickness detection system is introduced. Each batch of products is sampled for flatness, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance testing. Unqualified products are directly rejected to ensure consistency between the 3003 and 8011 series aluminum foils.

Regarding export compliance, the products are certified to international standards such as EN13403 and ISO29463, meeting the import compliance requirements of the EU, the US, and other regions.

Thirdly, it is lightweight and easily formable. 8011 aluminum alloy is easy to process and form, while 3003 aluminum alloy ensures structural strength, facilitating filter assembly. Large sizes can also be customized to fit existing installation frames in older cleanrooms, reducing customer adaptation costs.
