Subsequent rolling employs a three-stage progressive rolling process: roughing, intermediate rolling, and finishing rolling. In the finishing rolling stage, the work roll diameter is φ280-φ320mm, the rolling speed is 800-1200m/min, and the tension fluctuation is ≤0.5%, effectively avoiding uneven thickness and surface scratches. Simultaneously, the entire process is equipped with laser thickness gauges, pinhole detectors, and surface quality vision systems. Each roll of aluminum foil undergoes triple inspection for thickness, flatness, and pinhole count, achieving zero release of defective products. In the finishing and packaging stage, the slitting width is 100-1600mm (customization supported), with a slitting accuracy of ±0.5mm. Moisture-proof aluminum-plastic composite packaging is used with a food-grade oil paper lining, suitable for the high-temperature and high-humidity environment of sea transport, ensuring stable performance of exported products.
