The O soft temper is the fully annealed state. We use a nitrogen-protected furnace for precise temperature control (300-350℃) and hold for 2-4 hours to completely eliminate rolling stress, ensuring a stable elongation of ≥15%. This allows for repeated 180° bending without damage, perfectly adapting to various complex forming scenarios.

All indicators are superior to the national standard GB/T 3198-2020 and the international ISO standard, providing a solid product foundation for high-end applications.


We have established a comprehensive and refined process control system, with strict controls at every stage from raw materials to finished products to ensure stable and controllable product quality. In the raw material preparation stage, 99.99% high-purity aluminum ingots are used, with the melting temperature precisely controlled at 600-660℃ and the casting and rolling speed at 200-400m/min to ensure uniform and refined grains, eliminating surface micro-cracks and other defects from the source. Subsequent rolling employs a three-stage progressive rolling process: roughing, intermediate rolling, and finishing rolling. In the finishing rolling stage, the work roll diameter is φ280-φ320mm, the rolling speed is 800-1200m/min, and the tension fluctuation is ≤0.5%, effectively avoiding uneven thickness and surface scratches. Simultaneously, the entire process is equipped with laser thickness gauges, pinhole detectors, and surface quality vision systems. Each roll of aluminum foil undergoes triple inspection for thickness, flatness, and pinhole count, achieving zero release of defective products. In the finishing and packaging stage, the slitting width is 100-1600mm (customization supported), with a slitting accuracy of ±0.5mm. Moisture-proof aluminum-plastic composite packaging is used with a food-grade oil paper lining, suitable for the high-temperature and high-humidity environment of sea transport, ensuring stable performance of exported products.
